On behalf of the Brownstone Agency, Inc., we offer our deepest and most heartfelt condolences on the passing of Dan. We enjoyed an incredible and most auspicious business relationship and partnership, forged at the infancy of our Agency. Dan and the late John Palmeri were friends we will always cherish. Dan's smile resonates today, and his easy-going, pragmatic manner was exemplary. We are pained by his loss, especially during the pandemic. Many blessings to the family. Sincerely, Rafael Ramos, Managing Director

My name is Alexis Giardina and I am good friends with Dan's daughter Denise, and I have known Dan for 20+years. I always remember his sense of humor and his stories whenever I was in his company. One of my favorite memories: I was playing Solar Quest with Denise (sort of like Monopoly but with planets) and I kept getting stuck in a loop around Venus. I remember being frustrated and going into the kitchen to get some snacks. Dan was there, and he smiled, winked, handed me a piece of fudge and told me not to worry, just play and have a good time, and that he once was stuck on Venus for 3 hours and he did not have fudge. He was a class act and such a kind hearted person and he will be sorely missed. Rest in peace, Dan.

Dear Denise and Christine, My heartfelt sorrow and condolences at the passing of your Dad. Your Dad and I have known each other since high school and his pleasant disposition and humor were loved by all. We reconnected years later when he and John helped our firm establish its NY office and they attended each holiday gathering since. I can't say enough good things about your Dad's good heart, intelligence and competence as an attorney, and love of family as you know. He was loved and respected by all who knew him, including all who remember him from high school and everyone at our firm. George Hardin
