Obituary for Gertrude Mellardo-Galano

Gertrude Mellardo- Galano, of Trumbull, CT, passed away June 2, 2019. She was 92. Gertrude was born July 23, 1926 in Purchase, NY to John Batist (Giambatist) and Mary Mariano. She worked as an administrative assistant at St. Agnes Hospital.

Gertrude is survived by her sons; Louis Mellardo of Angier, NC and John Mellardo of Trumbull, CT, three grandchildren; Jackie Magnotta and her husband Frank, Arianna Mellardo, and Alexa Mellardo, and two great-grandchildren; Grace Mary and Frankie. Gertrude is predeceased by her husband Louis J. Mellardo, her brother Michael Mariano, and her sister Mary Puciella.
