John C. Picciano, a Doylestown, PA resident, died October 29, 2019 at the age of 70. He was Born August 27, 1949 in Mount Vernon, NY to the late Matthew and Connie Picciano.
John worked for the U.S. Post Office for 35 years, retiring as Director of Finance in the Philadelphia office. After his retirement from the Post Office he prepared taxes with Liberty Tax in Hatboro, PA.
He was a member of the Mount Vernon Postal Credit Union and the Knights of Columbus White Plains Council.
John was an avid golfer and loved tennis, travelling and reading.
He is survived by his wife Annette of Doylestown, PA, his brother Anthony Picciano of Clay MI, sister-in-laws, Lorraine (Kevin) Yeager and Connie (George) DiBenedetto and his nieces Larissa (Michael) Rutter and Nicole DiBenedetto and nephews, Christopher (Nicole) DiBenedetto and Justin DiBenedetto. Also surviving are his great nephews, Thomas, James, William and Henry and his great niece Sophia.
Memorial visitation will be on Sunday 5-9pm. Funeral mass will be Monday at 10:00am at St. Anthony of Padua Church with interment following at Kensico Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to The American Stroke Association.
