Obituary

Lee Anderson of White Plains passed away peacefully at her home on Marc h 13, 2020.
She was born to Clarence A. and Grace Nancy (Keller) Mannasmith in Murray, Io wa on
March 15, 1925. She graduated from Kellerton High School where she p layed
basketball and trombone. She attended American Inst itute of Business in Des Moines,
Iowa. Lee worked for over 20 years as an executive secretary for Gann ett Westchester
Newspapers. She is survived by three sons Kelly, Christopher, and Lewis, Jr. (w ho was
also her caregiver) and three grandchildre n from the marriage of Chris (Kit) and
Margaret (Ginter), Jack, Parker and Kristen. She was predeceased by her s ister Mardy
Barton of Omaha, Nebraska. Lee was an active member of United Memoria l Methodist
Church. McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home handled the arrang ements.
Services will be private.
