Although I have never met Lynn, she left such a huge impression on me. I remember my first day at this practice, I was left alone at 7pm not knowing what to do. In some magical way, Lynn got through to me on the phone and welcomed me. She asked if I had any preferences in how I wanted the after hours organized. I told her I was a bit overwhelmed and she proceeded to tell me about each of the 8 doctors here making me truly believe she knew them individually. Surprise! Lynn never met them but took the time to know them. She successfully reassured me that it will all fall into place. She made me feel "I got this" that night 8 years ago. Her level of warm-hearted professionalism, sincerity, and love for humankind made her the person I adore on the other end of the phone. Lynn is irreplaceable without a doubt. She will always have a special place in my heart. Rest in peace Lynn! Park Avenue Medical Professionals will never forget you. My prayers for the family.
