Obituary for Peter J. Devine

Peter J. Devine of Flushing Queens, age 61, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2019. Pete was born in White Plains NY; he is a graduate of White Plains High School and Westchester Community College. He was the proud father of three children Peter Jason, Chelsea, and Sean, and grandfather to Talia.
Peter worked as a Master Electrician/Foreman for the IBEW Local 3 for 40 years. After retirement Pete enjoyed spending time with his former co-workers from the union. Peter was predeceased by his parents, Tom & Marge Devine and survived by his sister Barbara Fleckenstein of Gainsville, Ga; and five brothers; Thomas (Linda) of White Plains, NY; James (Rebecca) of Seminole, Fl; William (Alison) of White Plains, NY; Christopher (Linda) of Brewster, NY; and Stephen (Kathy) of Ridgefield, Ct; He was the proud Uncle to eleven nieces and nephews as well. There will be a funeral mass for Peter at Our Lady of Sorrows Church located at 920 Mamaroneck Ave., White Plains, NY 10605 on Saturday, September 7th at 10:30am.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The St Christopher’s Inn, Garrison, NY or the White Plains Beautification Foundation.
