Obituary

On Saturday, April 20th 2019, Raymond Driggs, loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather, cousin and friend passed away at age 80.

Raymond was born on November 5th, 1938 in Sagua de Tanamo, Cuba to Ramon and Arminda (Barreda) Driggs.

He came to this country with dreams of a higher education and a good life for himself and his family. He lived a full life, served his new county in the U.S Army, married the love of his life, raised four children and owned his own business. He had a passion for cooking and loved to share it with everyone. His admiration for his family and friends was immeasurable. He could always make you laugh and never shied away from helping anyone that needed it. He is now and always will be the best of the best.

Raymond was preceded in death by both of his parents, Ramon and Arminda, his sister Ana Rosa and his brother Francisco.

He is survived by his four children. Raymond and his wife Robin of Spring Lake, MI. Frank and his wife Angela of White Plains NY, Michael and his wife Lysa of Kailua HI and Jacqueline Iannandrea and her husband Matthew of Shrub Oak NY.

Beloved grandchildren Frankie Driggs; Evan Driggs, Mikayla Driggs, Quinn Driggs, Arianna Driggs, Gianna Driggs and Xander Iannandrea.

Loving sisters Ana Isabel Garcia; Mindy Driggs and Iliana Pena. As well as many nieces and nephews who loved his sense of humor, home cooked meals, loving personality and quick wit.

He will always be remembered fondly and missed tremendously by everyone he came into contact with.
