Obituary for Rudolph A. Cherico

Rudolph A. Cherico, 90, passed away January 25, 2020. He was born November 16, 1929 in White Plains to Frank V. and Mary DiBiasi Cherico. He served in the US Army from 1954-1956, was a member of the Fraternity ATO, and loved to travel. For over 25 years Rudolph worked for IBM in the Human Resources- Benefits department.

On February 27, 1959 Rudolph married Margaret Croake Cherico at St. Bernard’s Church.

A supportive, loving, father and friend, Rudolph is survived by 3 children; Thomas Cherico of Dallas, Tx, Paul (Christine) Cherico of Ridgefield, CT, and Elizabeth (Thomas) Underkoffler of Somers, NY, 9 grandchildren; Meghan, Patrick, Kaela, Rylan, Benjamin, Miles, Declan, William and Andrew, and 3 great grandchildren; Dylan, Liam and Kassidy.

In lieu of flowers donation to Caring Hospice caringhospice.com

Visiting hours are Friday 3:30pm to 8pm at McMahon, Lyon & Hartnett Funeral Home 491 Mamaroneck Ave. White Plains, NY. A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday 10am at St. Bernard’s Church. Interment Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
